2. 사역 대상
- 영어를 모국어로 사용하는 초등학교 (1-5 학년) 학생들
- 학부모 (한어권과 영어권)

3. 사역 내용
- 그리스도 중심의 성경교육, 예배, 소그룹 인도
- 어린이 및 부모를 대상으로 신앙 형성 및 제자훈련
- 교사 및 봉사자 리더십 개발, 훈련, 팀 사역 운영
- 교회 비전에 따른 어린이 사역 전반 운영 및 관리

4. 지원 자격
- 기독교대학 졸업자 또는 신학대학원 졸업자/졸업 예정자
- 거듭난 그리스도인으로서 예수 그리스도와의 성숙한 관계
- 다음 세대에 대한 사랑과 사역에 대한 열정
- 영어 또는 이중언어(영어/한국어) 사역 가능자
- 행정, 조직, 소통 능력
- 자원봉사자 모집, 훈련, 팀 리더십 역량
- 성경의 권위와 헤브론교회 장로교 신학과 비전에 대한 동의

Pastoral Staff Opening at Hebron Church

Hebron Church is located in the northwest suburbs of Chicago (Prospect Heights, IL 60070) and is a member of the Korean American Presbyterian Church denomination.
We are seeking a full-time Children and Family Ministry pastor to serve with us as outlined below.

1. Position
• Children and Family Ministry Pastor (Full-Time)

2. Ministry Focus
• Elementary students (Grades 1–5) whose primary language is English
• Parents (Korean-speaking and English-speaking)

3. Responsibilities
• Lead Christ-centered biblical teaching, worship, and small group ministry
• Provide faith formation and discipleship for children and their parents
• Recruit, equip, and develop teachers and volunteers through team-based ministry
• Oversee and administer all aspects of children’s ministry in alignment with the church’s vision

4. Qualification
• Christian College graduate or Seminary graduate/current student
(B.A., M.Div., MAR, MTS, MAC, M.A. in Christian Education/Counseling, or equivalent)
• A born-again Christian with a growing and mature relationship with Jesus Christ
• A genuine love for the next generation and a passion for children’s ministry
• Ability to minister in English or bilingually (English/Korean)
• Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to recruit, equip, and lead volunteer teams
• Commitment to the authority of scripture and alignment with Hebron's Theology and vision
