Antioch Church of Philadelphia (KPCA), located in Philadelphia on the East Coast of the United States, is a mission-centered church devoted to saving the lost for Christ. We are currently seeking a part-time Youth Pastor who loves Jesus Christ and is passionate about serving and nurturing the next generation with God’s love.

1. Position
Part-time Pastor for the Junior High youth group (Middle School Ministry: Grades 6-8) with total expected hours of 15-20 hours per week.

2. Responsibilities

1) As a Middle School Ministry Pastor:
• Worship Leadership: Lead Sunday and Friday worship services, delivering God's Word to students.
• Pastoral Care: Provide mentoring and counseling to students, nurturing them as future spiritual leaders.
Collaboration & Communication
• Work collaboratively with the deacon/deaconess assigned to the Middle School Ministry.
• Partner with teachers and ministry staff to support student discipleship and program execution.
• Communicate regularly with parents (PTA) to encourage spiritual growth and alignment between church and home.

2) As a Church Minister:
• Support church-wide events primarily related to the high school and education ministries

3. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (preference given to candidates who have studied theology or are currently enrolled in an accredited seminary).
• Ability to preach in English (conversational Korean is a plus).
• Must embrace and follow the vision of Antioch Church.
• Preference given to candidates with prior experience in youth ministry.

4. Compensation
• $1,500-1,700  per month depending on a candidate’s experience
• Tuition assistance for a candidate enrolled in a seminary

5. Application Requirements
• Stage 1: Resume & Personal Statement (including faith testimony, ministry philosophy, previous ministry experience, gifts, and family introduction); Two Sermon Videos (YouTube links preferred)
• Stage 2 (Once Stage 1 with interviews are passed): Copy of Diploma or Enrollment Certificate from the relevant school;Certificate of Ordination or Denominational Membership Proof (if applicable); Two Recommendation Letters (preferably from your current senior pastor and former senior pastor).
