Job Overview:

Responsible for all aspects of pastoral ministry for Upper Elementary, grades 3-5. Reports to the Senior Pastor.

Minimum Qualifications:

Full-time: An ordained Pastor who has a M. Div degree from an accredited seminary

Part-time: A currently enrolled student in the process of getting a M. Div degree from an accredited seminary.

Characteristics:

1. Must be a born-again Christian

2. Must meet the scriptural qualifications of a minister (1 Tim 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9)

3. Must be bi-lingual in Korean & English

4. Must have a team ministry mindset

5. Must have passion and love for the next generation

6. Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills: able to maintain healthy, motivating relationships with pastors, elders, and volunteers in a Korean-American Immigrant Church context.

자격
- 교회 교육에 대한 은사와 비전이 있으신 분
- 영어와 한국어가 가능하신 분
- 다음 세대를 진심으로 사랑하고, 팀 사역이 가능하신 분
- 교육부 사역의 통합적이고 연결된 신앙 교육에 사명 의식과 은사가 있는 분
- 공인된 정규 신학대학원 M. Div를 졸업하고 안수받은 목사(풀타임 only)
- 파트 타임의 경우 신학대학원 재학 중이거나 졸업한 전도사
- 미국 거주 및 취업에 법적인 문제가 없는 분
