Ministry Title: English Ministry Pastor (Part-time)

Ministry Objective: To assist the Senior Pastor in attaining the overall goal of the church through supervision, support, teamwork, ministering to EM members and attendees.

Ministry Qualifications
1. Seminary Student working on master’s level or Ordained minister (able to transfer to PCA)
2. Character
            a. Humble & Teachable
            b. Truthful & Genuine
3. Competencies
            a. Interpersonal skills
            b. Organizational skills
4.  Chemistry (Teamwork with other staff)

Ministry Responsibilities:

1. Weekly, Monthly, Annual Ministry Planning, and Discipleship Training
2. Weekly Pulpit Ministry following the overall church’s unified direction
3. Annual Outreaches and Retreats 
4. Ministerial Administration for E.M.
5. Other duties as assigned by the senior pastor.
